Good or Bad Service - 15% gratuity automatic!!!

I've eaten here before and it was fine. Now evidently since they have gotten busier, they don't care. The "chef" hit my glass of ice tea that went everywhere - including my plate and I still had to use the same plate. I had to ask...

Not Disappointed

My husband & I waited quite a while before finally visiting Ichiban. We visited for my husband's birthday, and to our delight, the chef prepared the salmon & my husband's scallops to tender perfection!
