Very nice hotel
This hotel was very nice. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and our hotel view from the 29th floor was awesome. We overlooked the pool and the downtown area. The only downfall to the hotel was the self-parking garage. It was a hassle going to our car back to the hotel...it was a long walk.Very Nice
The hotel is a nice, full-service hotel with all the amenities and more. The rooms are all very clean and stocked well for your pleasure. If you need anything all you have to do is ask. It is a fairly...Hyatt Crown Center- Always a pleasure
I have the priviledge of staying at the Hyatt at Crown Center each June for a month with my delegation for SkillsUSA. Each time, we have been treated very well. Christelle in Catering and Sales is a p...Hotel
When friends come in to Kansas City for a convention or to visit, this is one of the places they like to stay. The hotel rooms are clean and well decorated - an upper class hotel. Close to Union Station and Crown Center - definitely recommend this hotel.Unparalleled Service
I was a guest at the Hyatt Regency Crown center while attending a confrence in Kansas City.Good Shower Pressure
Pay the $10 upgrade to a room higher than the 9th floor, the view from the wide room windows was an experience in itself. Service treats you good, as most hyatts. We use their wonderful fitness club, upper floor pool and tenis, which is all free. Parking is not free after 3 hours, but you can stay in the Crown Center parking free on weekends! The location is the best of KC. Their walking links over the streets take you to Crown center and Union Station. Study the maps well if you are staying here for the Kemper arena. The city has no quick exit even though it is close. The rooms were basic but good with good shower but no free breakfast. The restaurants in the hotel are overpriced.Great service sub par food
This was our go to place when we first moved to K.C. While it usually set us back $100+ or so, the food and view were well worth it. I can only guess a change of chefs was the cause of a new and lower standard. We have tried it occasionally since but are still dissapointed. Do yourselves a favor and go for drinks and view only. The service is good too!Worldwide > United States > Kansas City, MO > Hotels
