I called HVAC Pro's because my furnace stopped working while I was out of town. The temperatures were sub-zero and my girlfriend was staying at the house. He arrived after a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem, and said he had to go get a part and would be back. At about 5:30 that evening he called and said he wasn't going to make it back that day but could be there at 7 the next morning. My girlfriend arranged to be late to work so she could be there in the morning. He didn't show up, and didn't answer his phone when we called. After waiting for about 2 hours my girlfriend called another repair service. They showed up and had the furnace fixed in less than an hour from the time she called. Finally HVAC Pro's called, more than 3 hours after they were supposed to be there. They said they didn't answer their phone because they "thought it was a telemarketer." Also the repair service that did fix the furnace said that the wiring had been messed with and left in a hazardous condition that could have caused a fire. I won't be calling HVAC Pro's again.
