Market West Dental Group - great dentists!
I received excellent dental treatment by Dr. Hughes and his office staff. Everyone was very professional and nice. I've never been a big fan of going to the dentist from bad incidences when I was a child. But Dr. Hughes office changed my ideas - plan to go back there again!

Hughes William Dds - Market West Dental Group is HORRIBLE!!!
Lied to me about dental treatment needed and tried to scam me into buying dental device that was not needed by saying it was covered with my insurance and would ease my pain after fillings. Even charged me a copay. Was told this device would ease my severe pain that I was having after he did my fillings (had no pain UNTIL he did the work and complained for months about it. Kept going in and he told me that there was nothing wrong and it would go away). I am disabled and told them i couldnt buy it if it was not covered when I paid my copay weeks ago. All of a sudden the DAY i pick it up, it's not covered and he told me I was stuck with the HUGE bill b/c the product had been made already. I still have pain in teeth he worked on b/c he did a poor job and am out my large copay as he refused to refund. Told me there was nothing wrong with my teeth and then kicked me out of the office when I told him I was going elsewhere for service. DId this in front of clients and staff and mWorldwide > United States > Sacramento, CA > Dentists
