Customer Service non-existant
Being a concerned pet owner, and having unfortunately using Access Veterinary Care, I would not recommend this company to any other pet owner. I was very dissatisfied with AVC's services and strongly question their ability to run a functional business. They failed to meet any of mine or my pet's needs and neglected to inform me of both specific payment changes and important information regarding my pet. My anxiety regarding my pet's health and safety was not lessened by the elitist attitude I received from the vet himself. I feel that I was overcharged for a service in which I had little faith in the vet and also believed that his tactics, and those of the company as a whole, were questionable to say the very least. After such a dissatisfied visit I felt obligated to ask for a full refund as compensation for my concerns and do not intend to aid in any future business to Access Veterinary Care.

Over a year being our Vet
We have been using this veterinary practice for close to two years now and have seen no issues like the previous poster commented on. The practice has seen both our dogs and both our cats through a number of issues indoor/outdoor animals see with nothing but the care and expertise you'd expect from a vet.
