Poor assessment skills
Dr. Hoyt comes across as a very cold and uncompassionate person. Her assessment of myself was conducted out of context and therefore resulted in a wrong and untruthful assessment of myself. She utilized the wrong test for my situation in which she then misinterpretated the results, which therefore has caused me to fight for my career. Her assessment of myself was conducted improperly, she did not utilize the POST requirements. Her assessment has caused a great deal of grief and stress. I do not recommend Dr. Hoyt and if your employer is utilizing her I would do anything you can do to get a new doctor.

Love Dr. Hoyt
I had seen Dr. Hoyt for 2 yrs and love her. She is very helpful and honest which is why you hire a Dr. I went to her to solve life's struggles and problems. We accomplished that together. She is professional and warm in her way that meshed well with me.
