Hoy's Wok on Sunset Blvd. provides good Chinese cuisine that isn't cheap and super oily. It is a sit-in restaurant so it isn't fast food. They have a menu of seafood, entrees, noodles, and other dishes. The Hoy's Special is good and you can get it cheaper for lunch Monday through Saturday. Service is decent and the setting is casual. Hoy's Wok also does take-out within the local area.

Good
Really good Chinese food that though it is a sit down restaurant is still fast and therefore good for a lunch hour. The portion sizes are ridiculously huge and inexpensive. Really a great deal.
