Horrible Howe
Jackie Howe (owner) is one of the most confrontational people I have ever talked to. In a customer service situation she needs to remember that her customer is the entire association not just the board of directors. I do not believe I have a neighbor who believes she is acceptable I guess in the past she has helped the association through some tough financial times, but that does not make it OK to treat her customers badly. From what I can see she hires the cheapest contractors, who do less that professional work and then defends them. One thinks she might be to close to these contractors.

Jackie might very well be the most rude, confrontational, unprofessional, unhelpful individual I have ever interacted with. It's a shame that she is our only point of contact as talking to her is like talking to a wall. Quite honestly, I don't understand how she has remained in that position for as long as she has.
