My husband and I signed the contract with this company in August 2006. They had several personnel changes in the first 4 months, the only consistent factor was the owner (not sure of his title) was really bad at returning phone calls unless it was regarding getting a draw from our lender. It was late February 2007 before they ever poured the slab. Small builders such at this seem to make an art of juggling funds between project to project. This guy has no idea what he is doing. He underbid our project and now has no idea how to finish it. His name is Bryan James. This business and their personnel are a complete joke. My husband and I are pursuing legal action. It is now late October 2007 and they won't give us a project completion date, won't return phone calls, and they owe us a lot of money. The house is barely at 75% completion after over 1 year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUILD YOUR HOME. They are horrible.
