The e-mail is great, very informative
They send you an e-mail every week telling you what they did to your pool, what time they were there, water test's, etc. Very thorough, and dependable.

Pool Repair And Pool Service Was Great!
I am selling a house in Houston Tx, and my pool pump went out. Needless to say my swimming pool turned really green a week later. That's when we called Tidalwave Pool & Spa Service. They repaired the pump and got the green out of my pool very quickly. They even removed a stain that was on the bottom of my pool, and I didn't even ask them to. None Better
I Have owned my pool now for about 7 years, and I have had multiple pool service companies take care of my pool. I had just about given up on finding a quality pool service company when I hired Tidalwave Pools. I am so glad I did. They keep me informed of what they are doing, when they are doing it, and why they are doing it, all with the e-mail they send me every week. My pool has never looked better!

Reasonable Prices, Quality Work
I recently had my pool replastered by Tidalwave Pool & Spa Service, I was a little scared because I have heard some horror stories of people getting ripped off from other pool remodeler's. I was pleasantly suprised with their work. The Pool looks great and they were very proffesional. I will have them also do weekly service to my pool.

all my stains are gone
