This has been the worst experience of my life. We entrusted this funeral home with our love one's body & to handle the business of filing the Death Certificate and Insurance Claims. This funeral home is very unprofessional & unorganized. Two weeks had passed since our mother's death and House of Wills never contacted the doctor to sign the death certificate nor registered our mother's death with the City of Cleveland. They were also supposed to run a add in the Plain Dealer Newspaper for two days and on the first day there was no add & on the second day the add had incorrect information regarding the funeral. Please Do Not use this service. Your deceased loved one deserves better.
