Best burgers in town. This place really has that old time feel to it. It is on the edge of town and not too many people know about, but they all should. If your looking for a good burger and fries definately try them out

These burgers are pretty amazing. Hot and fresh, with generous portions and reasonable, but not cheap prices. You won't pay 1.00, but you won't get a quarter size burger either.

Best Burgers in Escondido
Hotshot Burgers is an amazing little 50's diner that has it all! Great food, super friendly staff, juke box in the corner, pictures and memorabilia of Elvis, Marilyn Monroe and many more! It is a family owned restaurant; Mom and Dad on the grill, daughters and cousins serving and taking order which makes it very homey feeling.

A throwback to the good 'ol days with great service and quality food
While unassuming from the outside, located in a strip mall off of Centre City Parkway in Escondido, Hotshot Burgers is a pleasant surprise once you step inside. The black and white checker floors, big comfy red booths, juke box and gum ball machine take you back to the 50s when good food was served with a smile. Family owned and operated it's quite a refreshing change of pace from your typical fast food or burger joint. On Friday nights the waitresses even wear poodle skirts! The burgers are GREAT, served with your choice of condiments, and only fresh lettuce and ripe tomatoes. The milkshakes are great too, hand made with REAL ice cream of your choice!
