Poor service, bad food
We went to the Hot Spot simply to avoid our childrens' begging eyes at the pastry counter at the Country Squire. I will take buying extra Elmo cupcakes after a meal ANY day over eating at the Hot Spot again. It's hard to take a fast food restaurant and turn it into a diner - the atmosphere was cold and uninviting, and the windows were all steamed over. Our server got our orders wrong - twice - and the coffee was terrible. The food wasn't much better. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Not on list of favorite aread diners...
Not sure how this place has remained open. The food was so-so and the service average at best. They should really try to straighten out their act considering the decent location and potential to be a nice place to go.Worldwide > United States > Newtown Square, PA > Restaurants
