The typical "dog diner". Yummy Chicago dogs (don't you dare order ketchup) and a side of greasy fries with casually slow service. Life is good, but they could sweep the floor a little more often for what they charge.

Best Dogs
One of the things I miss most now that I've moved away is Hot Dog Richies and the best dogs ever. The shakes are awesome, the cheese fries are too good to be good for you. I'm starting to feel a little homesick now.

a great hot dog "dive"
this place is a real pit, but a great one -- its exactly what a hot dog shack should be. good cheap greasy food (especially the fries)... try the "augie dog" -- a hot dog wrapped in bacon & covered in cheese.Worldwide > United States > Palatine, IL > Restaurants
