Well done pizza?
these guys have good pizza but need to know what 'well done' means.....they don't understand it's the true EYE-tailian way to do it, not just heat it for a min....I want my crust black. I tell them to toss it back in and they look at me like I'm nuts.

Customer service stinks!!!
Not the place to go if you're having a chocolate meltdown. The take-out chocolate fudge cake was not just bland, it was downright soggy!!!! When I stopped in to let them know, they denied it!!! Told me I should have brought it back as proof. Ha! Wanted a receipt (they don't give them if you don't ask). I didn't ask for a refund or another piece of cake - just wanted to give feedback and got lip instead. Won't be going back there again soon.Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Bakeries
