Bad attitude of the manager and customer service
They charged me $280 on Japanese straightening. It only took them 3 hours to complete the entire process, including 30min of hair-cut. The time they spent on the process is the shortest ever I have heard. They claimed that that's because...Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Beauty & Spas
