Door Installation
I am very impressed, all work was done on time and clean and neat. Even better the price was in comparison to other conpanies just the best, My house looks totally different with the new door.Horizon Windows & Doors
We first had our patio sliding doors replaced, then at a later date our living room and kid's room windows replaced. Both jobs were done efficiently with minimal disruption and the results in both cases were satisfactory. We had Windows and Doors replaced
In fall 2005 we had our windows and doors replaced to the tune of $15,000+. Lately one window has fallen out while being opened several times. We called the sales person we worked with several months ago- no response back. Today the window again fell right out of the track and onto me, a plant, and an antique chest. We again called the company and were told it would be a $180.00 service call. We were outraged that after spending all that money for supposedly warranted windows, that what is obviously a product failure would cost us so much out of pocket just for a service call.Rude sale people
After calling us out of the blue, (we are on do not call list) and scheduling an appointment.Horizon Renovations
I needed some new windows but in special sizes. Horizon promised they could do it for a reasonable price. Well they did believe it or not in a easy and very nice way. The service was from my inquiry up to installation and follow up good. I recommend this company highly.Door Installation

Purchased 25 vinyl windows with vinyl stucco trim from Horizon Senior Project Constultant, Charles Posen on 2/18/10. Installed 3/31-4/1 without vinyl trim. Unable to repair, Horizon offered $20 per window credit. Significantly less than replacement cost or even maintenance fee (bi-annual painting) which will result from their (specifically Charles') mistake. Charles later tried to convince me that I hadn't ordered the vinyl trim, blaming me for the company's mistake. Is this the kind of company you'd like to work with? In my opinion, Horizon Home Improvements, Inc. does quality work, but is in the business of taking the money (nearly $12,000 in my case) and running, rather than satisfying customer needs. Since windows are a once-every-twenty-years project, Horizon can do this with little repercussions. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against contracting with Horizon. There are plenty of window companies to choose from. Not Horizon.Worldwide > United States > Santa Monica, CA > Home Services
