Honest and Affordable
I recently took my computer to another local computer store and was told that I needed to replace it. They told me that I needed all kinds of parts that I knew nothing about. I paid them for checking it out, even though they did nothing to it. I took it for a second opinion at Horizon Computers and they were able to look at it the same day I brought it in and found that my problem was a cable had come loose. They called me and explained that they were not going to charge me, but I told them to at least run some tests on it and make sure all is well and that I would gladly pay them the $35 for diagnostics.
