We didn't even get a chance to use this company and I'm so glad! Shortly after dealing with the rudest manager on Earth I found this company on Rip-Off Report! We reschedule and they didn't show up. We called to find out what was going on and they said they'd send someone out right away. Apparently they "forgot" to change the schedule. My sister was waiting patiently ALL day for them but she had another appointment to go to. After they were 20 minutes late from the time they stated they would be there, she left. I got a call 10 minutes after she left from them complaining no one was there. I told them what was going on and we needed to reschedule...they conveniently had no openings for the next week or so. My husband spoke with the manager and he basically implied it was our fault that they did not get to service our carpets today?? My husband asked if there was anything that could be done and the manager stated it was not his problem then hung up on my husband!? Needless to say we will NEVER use this company and will be sure to spread the word that this company does not know anything about customer service and while they may SEEM like a good deal, it's really NOT WORTH IT!
