Great sales person, poor property managment
Spin is the name of the game here. If you are looking to sell this is your girl. She is perfectly comfortable living in shades of grey. Property managment is lacking for those used to average or better conditions. Promises of on-call repair services and anytime availablitiy are quickly forgotten. If residents encounter a problem they can count on the services of a part-time, no weekends "handyman".
