noodles
It is a small, unique place. The food is not that expensive, and the portions are good sizes. You can choose from a variety of noodles and the workers are really friendly.Fun place to eat
Hong Kong Station is in the vain of Panda Express. You point and choose what chinese food you want, but everything is noodle related. You can pick from many types of noodles like ramen, flat egg noodles, udon, etc. What makes this place even more unique is that right now as of 2007, nearly everything cost 1 dollar. The noodles cost 1 dollar and the sides like fishballs, mushrooms, choy, etc cost 1 dollar as well. At first it might seem cheap, but the cost will add up when you start adding on the sides. On my first visit, I made the mistake of ordering just 1 dollar worth of noodles and a whole lot of sides when I should have gotten 2 dollars worth of noodles and less sides. That would have been more filling and costed less money.disappointing
Hong Kong Station supposedly serves the best noodles in Chinatown, but it's one of the worst places EVER. I've attempted to give this place "chance after chance" to only be consistently disappointed. The soup taste like water and all the side orders taste the same. Guys save your dollar and your stomach and go ANYWHERE else.Mmmmm.... Addicted
I'm always craving the spicy fishballs with instant noodles, plus spicy soup. Yummy. The saucy meat with rice topped with an egg is really good too. And the Hong Kong style milk tea is really like the way they make it in HK, smooth and STRONG- forget about sleep if you cannot handle it. Great if you need to cram for an exam.Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Chinese Restaurants
