Honeycutt Painting Are CROOKS - STAY AWAY!!!

I thought we could trust their '30 years in business... bonded & insured...' description. Estimator spoke a really good game and promised the world.

* Painters showed up late and offered to do work themselves for less (biting the hand that feeds them) if I paid them directly.

* They used a completely different brand of paint stated in estimate and contract.

* Painting was of poor quality work

* They only applied one coat when estimate and contract states two (primer & top coat).

* Crew did not do full repairs stated in contract and those that were done were of very poor quality.

* They did the entire job in just one day such that the inspection occurred at dusk making it impossible to see imperfections.

* Some of repairs left in such a way as to promote future repairs - such as shingles placed BEHIND guttering where fascia boards replaced/repaired.

* NO returned calls or contact - even after our attorney contacted them in writing.
