I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic and took it into the Metro Service Center to have the squeaky brakes checked out. They gave a price to have them replaced. I told them this is a new car and asked how long do brakes normally last. They...Mr.

I am a new car owner, have owned my Honda Civic for less than a year now. Since I've never done this before I've been pretty clueless about how to get things done and the staff at Metro Honda has been so helpful, and never once tried to rip me off!! They have actually done a lot for me for free, and helped me to figure out solutions to the pickles I get myself in. For instance, I lost all of my keys and couldn't figure out what to do to get my car to the shop so they could cut a new one (the needed to change something in the door). I would have died if it weren't for the woman at Metro Honda who patiently walked me through everything over the course of about a week. I love this place!! I really trust their service dept.Stay away LIKE THE PLAGUE
Don't shop at Metro Honda. It isn't the best place to shop for your next vehicle purchase for the following reasons. The mangers and the salesmen are dishonest (no surprise there) and they'll feed you nothing but lies. They wouldn't budge on the price and they never called back as promised they would on the price of the vehicle. Well it was their loss because we purchased from another dealership for a cheaper price. What pissed me off was the fact that while we were looking at the vehicles, not a single salesman approached us to answer any questions UNTIL they were able to find someone of similar nationality to speak to us. Well for your information, I CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!!!good prices
the sticker price may seem a little high here but within a few minutes of negotiating they where willing to give me a lower price than i could find anywhere else. Nice service i did not get plagued by tons of car salesmen.Doctor Advice
I am a local Physician who can honestly tell everyone that Metro Honda is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Having a call returned took 3months, and forget having the General Manager return a call, he just wont.Avoid the service department at all costs!
They tried to charge me for a warranty repair and were extremely rude. I caught them at it and talked to the service director Ray Allen which is the most irrational, foul mouthed, and rude person I've ever met. My guess is that since I caught them in there rip off scam he didn't know how to respond. I refused to pay for checkout time on a repair that is warranty so they would not release my car until I demanded to talk to the general manager. My car suddenly appeared in the drive and no g.m. was to be found. At any rate, stay away from this dealer! They'll get you a good price, but forget you after the sale
Just bought a brand new 2008 element from them. During the sale, everyone's super nice and courteous. But as soon as you sign the paperwork, you don't matter anymore. The car had some non-factory (aftermarket) items on it, and when I brought it back, had to wait 3 hours to change it, just to find that the now-factory items don't work as intended. Also, their detailing department does a poor job, as I found the next day Tire ArmorAll was sprayed all over the exterior, once I saw it in daylight. I don't trust them, they're sneaky.Mr.

I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic and took it into the Metro Service Center to have the squeaky brakes checked out. They gave a price to have them replaced. I told them this is a new car and asked how long do brakes normally last. They responded with about 20,000 to 22,000 miles. I reminded them my car only has 8,000 miles on it. They blamed it on my driving! That is a poor excuse for not taking responsibility. I agree the service afterward the purchase sucks big time. You are of NO CONCERN to Metro after the deal is complete.Terrible customer service
This place was great when I bought the car, everyone was very nice. Once I had paid for it, everything changed- customer service is non-existent, forget getting a call back. I am a physician and I have told everyone at my hospital to not shop at this place, honda makes a great product. This dealership is a terrible.Stay away from the service department at all costs!
The service writer was extremely rude. The management was worse. I've worked in the car service industry (dealers) for 20+ years so I consider myself in the know of how the business works. I have never seen a department so poorly managed, incompetent from the front to the back.Worldwide > United States > Redlands, CA > Auto Dealers
