Horrible Service
I waited 30+ minutes outside to have my propane tank filled. I finally went inside to find someone and their only response was "there are only two of us here". Since they cannot staff to serve their customer demand I will take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

You'll wait forever
Customer Service for Propane Tank refill customers is non-existent. You drive with your tank to the refill area, out in a lot with no shade under the broiling sun. You ring a bell for service, but no one showed up. So I called their phone number from my cell, and no one picked up. When I was fed up and about to leave a guy came out of their main building, walked to the refill area and refilled my tank. But I wasn't done yet. I had to walk a few hundred yards into their office to pay for it. I killed 40 minutes on a 10 minute errand. Better to pay 5 bucks more for a tank exchange elsewhere and save the aggravation.Worldwide > United States > Whippany, Hanover, NJ > Restaurants
