Incredible Customer Service - Even During Their Busy Time, Dog Friendly
So my husband's birthday was 2 days away and I called Hometown Hearth & Grill and asked if they had a specific grill in stock. They didn't, but they said they could get it by his birthday. Not only did they get it less than 24 hours later, but they assembled it and delivered it up my many, many stairs! Everyone that I dealt with over the phone was extremely professional and customer service oriented. I received prompt return calls with the information that I needed. They are very discreet about taking your credit card over the phone (they don't read the numbers back to you), they arrived exactly when they said they would. The installation was simple, they demonstrated how to use the grill, cleaned up after themselves, and best of all, they played with my dog. I would highly recommend Hometown Hearth & Grill - their prices are they same as amazon, and you get something from them that you won't from big warehouse and big home maintenance stores, or an order online -- personal attention.
