FIVE STAR!!!
I really love hometow buffet. I gave it a FIVE STAR because the food is great, there is a great variety. The people are nice and of course it is an ALL YOU CAN EAT. Now, for a fat person like myself. Who wouldnt like a all you can eat place. ?????

This place is a great place to eat. The food is great and its very clean. The selection of food is also good and I highly recommend this place. Great service too.

Ick.
This place give me the creeps. It doesn't have the cleanliness and charm of the old buffets of my childhood. (Sizzler, now THAT's a buffet...) This place always seems dirty and the waitstaff never seems to be quite on top of their job. The food is suspect too.... they don't get enough customers to keep the food fresh, so most of it has been sitting under heat lamps all day and tastes either stale or just plain gross. The saving grace here is the build-your-own-desert bar. I can make up for limp veggies with ice cream.

Hometown Buffet mess
This place is the worse H.B. I've been to. Kids running around eating out of food containers. Uncontrolled by Parents & Staff. Food stale, not replacing older food. Staff not keeping food area clean & are plain lazy

Look out for MOLD
Went there today, for breakfast. While there most of the foods that were suppose to be hot were not. I decided to try a bagel, among other things. I asked where the cream cheese was. The person behind the counter showed me a container that had a large quantity in it. I told him that there is MOLD in it. At first he tried to stir it into the rest of it to hide it. Until I repeated myself and told him, "NO there is MOLD in it, that's not to be left in there." I know he took it to the back to only remove the spots and he came back out shortly after and placed it out for other customers..Worldwide > United States > Sacramento, CA > American Restaurants
