I would VERY strongly recommend not renting from this company. They are rude, very difficult to deal with, are not concerned in making repairs in a timely manner, use their friends for those repairs so they can get the bills jacked up to their benefit and in the end, attempt to keep as much of your deposit as they possible can. VERY FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!!

AVOID HOME LOCATORS
When looking for a place to rent if I would have known what I know now about Home Locators we would have never rented with them. They are all rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and ignorant. Since day one it has been a struggle with them over everything. It is hard to find good renters so when they get them you would think they would want to keep them happy and not try every way possible to piss them off. I would not recommend them to anyone including having them manage my house. Please stay away from them if you don't want a headache for the next year!
