dont go!

I first called and was treated badly and then went in on my friend's suggestion - the spray tan came out horrible!! I was orange and streaky! it was soooo gross, I would never go back!

Rudest staff!

I tanned here for a little while only because I had a contract. The service is rude and the girls that run the front forget that they are working there and not just there to hang out. It was a horrible experience!

Worst customer service ever.

Why bother having an online promotion for a free tan when the rude girl working the front desk (that has a black eye) refuses to honor it?

Then she proceeds to ask me if I have a friend that goes there, pulls out a free tan slip, and when she can't find my friends name in the system she hands me the free tan slip along with my ID and tells me that she can't help me. I guess they don't want business because I would have purchased a package there seeing I live right around the corner but I had lost my Credit Card and just wanted to check out the place before I paid.

As I was leaving she asks me if I wanted the online print out coupon back. I retorted, "why would I need that back when you don't even honor it?"

My suggestion...go elsewhere. I had to give it one star because I didn't have a choice. I would have given it ZERO.

Great Service and Tan

I don't understand the bad reviews. Have been tanning here for years. Love most of the girls that work at the front desk, very outgoing. The prices are awesome compared to a lot of the salons in the city.

$5 tans!

I was skeptical when I saw signs posted in the windows for $5 single sessions so I went in expecting to turn around and walk out. I was surprised to learn that yes indeed they really are offering $5 tans on their standard stand-up machines and $10 tans on the high pressure. I've never tanned anywhere else in the city (on a single session) for less.

Now, to be honest, this is definitely a no-frills kind of place. They don't have a lobby with bamboo plants and mood lighting. An d the equipment is average. But it's quick, cheap, and convenient and great for someone who tans occasionally.
