Absolute worst contractor experience ever. Garage epoxy a mess in several places, chipping within short time. Concrete overlay cracking, separating, peeling and chipping in multiple places within weeks of installation. Holland promised fix, then no showed. Now blaming manufacturer's product, cannot even be bothered to come look at the mess. Our new expert says bad prep and application is the problem. Holland very snotty, no refund, no repair, and threatened to sue ME when I told him I planned to post candid reviews and photos on consumer websites. Kenneth Holland is rated "f" on BBB and Angie's. Claims to be affiliated with other of his family's businesses in Houston and Dallas, but they all seem to be respectable outfits and not tied to this shyster.
