The Pits! They overcharged our credit card. They lost items and refused to look for them. They damaged items and refused to honor their insurance. Finally, when we attempted to reach them to discuss where our belongings could be...they refused our calls. When we threatened to call the police, their response was "good luck with that". It was a terrible experience. Stay clear!
