Heinrich Chevolet
My wife's car had a burnt plastic smell. I called Heinrich and they checked it within a couple of hours and at no charge. I highly recommend the service dept. as every time I have called with a problem it was taken care of immediately. Paul Collins, the Service Manager is top notch. I also purchased my last vehicle at Heinrich after getting jerked around with my previous purchase by Glen Campbell Chevrolet. They gave terrible customer service.

Heinrich Chevrolet is first class from start to finnish. Have had problems with glen campbell chevy since i purchased the truck new from them. Paul Collins and Dan Ramos with heinrich welcomed me and took care of every problem with my truck. glen campbell wanted to charge over $750 to fix my truck and thanks for Paul Collins making one phone call to get everything done for $350. Big difference and that says customer service and also shows people still take pride in there job. THANKS HEINRICH

Heinrich Chevrolet is the best Buffalo Chevrolet Dealer.
As a middle-twenty something, I found the process of purchasing a New Vehicle to be rather difficult. Everywhere I went, I was treated like a kid who presumably had no money. Heinrich Chevrolet was the exception. From the moment I walked in, I was taken very seriously and I couldn't help but to appreciate that. I was given the service that, in my mind, I deserved. I ended up buying a new Silverado from Heinrich simply because I was treated so poorly by other Buffalo Chevrolet dealers. You can go where you want, but if you're a little younger, and you find yourself running into the issue that I was, head over to Heinrich. They'll take you seriously. The salesman's name escapes me, but keep your eye out for the somewhat heavyset bearded guy. He was very helpful.

Sales and Service staff are great, but dealership refuses to honor agreements.
Bought a used Avalanche 10 days ago and noticed a few problems. The salesman, Rich, was very professional and very helpful. He told me they'd fix the problems and if I noticed anything else wrong, just bring it back in and they'd fix it. Well, I did.

buyer beware!! I got a veh on the smartbuy program, the finance person told me that at turn -in there was a refund of sales tax (new law in nys) there is not one!!! they even went with this right down to the end even telling me to take the turn in papers and my contract to dmv, (How stupid I must have looked to dmv ppl trying to do this) a call to th state verified there is not nor ever been any refund avail for sales tax on a smartbuy, one of their sales ppl told me he even was told this when he got his smartbuy!! (guess heinrich will even screw his own employee's....I for one will never do bussiness there again!!! and will be pursueing further legal action!!!

Caveat emptor! Buyer Beware!
[1] First off, I mde a deal with a salesman at Heinrich. It was a good deal. But then the sales manager intervened. HE gave me the worst deal out of 11 which I had obtained at the vatious dealerships. Therefore i went to Paddock who gave me the BEST DEAL out of the 11 and bought the car there.

In Buffalo, it's the best Chevy Dealer you'll find.
I recently moved here to Buffalo, and found the entire process of buying a car to be quite difficult in the area. It seemed as though I was getting jerked around by all of the other dealerships. Heinrich Chevrolet was a little bit of a drive for me, but given the other options I figured it was worth a shot. As it turned out, they ended up giving me the best price on Chevy Silverado.
