Heavenly Health Care, Inc. (HHC) is a full service Non Profit home health agency that is licensed by the State of Nebraska and Joint Commission Accredited. We provide a variety of medical services to those individuals and families that are in need of in home health care and/or therapies.

Each year, we provide home health services to those in our community that are in need. Our full range of clinical services includes but is not limited to:

Skilled nursing
Physical, Occupational and Speech-language Therapy
Cardiac and pulmonary care
Wound care
Disease and pain management
Medication management and education
Patient education to promote self-management
Treatment for balance problems that can lead to fall risks
Infusion Therapy
Blood draws
Maternal/Child (Infant and Newborn) Care

We want each Customer to feel like they are being cared for by loving friends and family in the comfort of their own homes. We establish and maintain positive, solid relationships with our Customers, Family members of our Customers, and Co Workers. We strive to make our Customers and Employees feel like they are a part of the family at all times.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 9a.m. to 4:30p.m. However a Nurse is available to take your call 24-hours a day 7 days a week. Bilingual staff available if needed
