WORST ALTERATIONS EVER

This was by far the WORST alterations experience I have ever had. Harry's Tailor somehow managed to completely RUIN, beyond any chance of repair, a brand new $300 Tibi one shoulder dress, which is now sold out everywhere so I can't even...
