Great service and great bikes
What a terrific bike shop. A bit on the small side but if they don't have what you want, they'll find it for you. Helen's specializes in Trek, not bad considering that's what Lance rides. They have bikes for children as well as adults and all the biking accessories you need - helmets, clothing, tools, tires. On site service department too. Friendly and helpful staff. Four other locations in the LA area.

Service with Attidude
These guys are really too cool for me. I rode my bike to Helen’s Santa Monica store on a Friday for service. I was told that it was a one week turn around so I decided to make an appointment in two weeks, my next Friday off. Took my bike in on that Friday and Salesperson said it would be ready the next day. Went in on Sunday and no one had touched it. Wanted to speak with Manager but he was busy with a customer.
