Bob Hall made it real easy for us to sell AND buy.
We've been planning to sell our home in quiet and safe (and great schools!) Almaden valley to move closer to the city. Noticed that most of the homes sold quickly were listed by Bob Hall at Almaden Oaks. So we hired him in 12/2009. He has been professional, caring, and efficient in marketing our home, and subsequently sold in 1.5 month (after removing coming soon sign) with a quality buyer who closed escrow at scheduled time. He has been a long time Almaden resident, so he has been very effective conveying area insights. We liked him and trust him enough to hire him as our buying agent and he has been just as helpful. We used him to purchase our property in Los Altos Hills and he helped to actively manage the whole process to close escrow in 35 days, from offer day one to close of escrow (June, 2010). Good project management on his part made our purchase experience smooth.
