AWFUL

Hajjar Management was TERRIBLE.

They began doing very serious, loud, and disruptive construction work shortly after my roommates and I moved in. The construction work consisted of jackhammering up the concrete flooring of the hallway...

When I moved out, their management crew came in before my deadline and stole some of my packed boxes. They did this to a lot of tenants. The manager in Brockton had a criminal record (a friend did a CORI) and was drunk most of the time....
