I've been going to Karen for approximately 3 yrs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Karen is one of those rare hair stylists that will always only do what you want her to do. If you want an inch trimmed, she doesn't take it upon herself to cut 2" off. Some stylists do what they think will look best on you, not what you want to have done. Karen is the best. She is thorough, she is kind, she is compassionate. She encourages you to bring in pictures of what you like, or you can go through her books and find something that way. She keeps a log book with all the pictures you've brought in and the type of cut/perm/style you have asked her to do. You can flip through her log book and see what you've had done in the past. She is very, very good at her craft. I think you will always be happy when you leave her shop. Vicki
