NO STARS! The owners of this website make you enter a star in order to publish a review. THE SOAP OPERA BEGINS ~ Back in early 2001, I was. . involved in a relationship that was headed for calamity. He became homeless. I agreed to let him stay with me until he found a place. Turned out unbeknownst to me he was using meth. I became a wreck. Not only he never seemed to find a place, or offer any money, he also was bringing other addicts into my home, etc. (get the drift?)The drama was out of my control. So, for the first time in my life I decided to seek a therapist. One who could relate about the situation. I checked out the classifieds in OUTWORD. Bruce Gunn was my first choice. Not only was he unprofessional, he would "nod out" during the session & never offer any suggestions or advice. Since I was naive about counseling, and I knew the sexual escapades I was venting out wouldn't make a 93yr old fall asleep. I finally just gave up and ignored his not listening. I avoided eye contact & got everything inside me out, just for release. Pay him his $90hr fee(remember, this was 2002) and leave. At least I got it out of my body. After 3-4 mo I called & canceled an appt within 24hrs. He told me that I had to pay him for the missed appt & then I could re-book. Since I also am self employed, knowing you can't legally pay any professional for services not rendered. I never returned nor let him know why. But, I still had fthe problem. I found a true and honest therapist, who guided me to see what I had to do. All of this due the incapable Bruce Gunn! NEVER SEE THIS FRAUD! It was another therapist, now retired, who saved my life and brought my friend to me closer than ever to this day. Bruce Gunn should not be practicing on any level but flipping burgers at MacDonalds. Sad, but true!!
