Very unprofessional, Avoid at all cost

This was one of THE WORST experiences ever. Their billing staff is rude and unprofessional. Wait times are excessive to say the least. I will NEVER go back there again.

Be prepared to wait over an hour - even if you have an appointment. Simple eye exam takes an average of 2 hours.

Office Staff could care less. They over book and its all about the mighty dollar.

Disappointing, Avoid

Unfortunately this is one of the few pediatric opthamologists in Tampa. The waits are unbelievable, we've waited over 2 hours for an eye exam. The office staff is very rude, and the doctors are not much better. We've heard good things...
