Let me be forward about it. These guys are scum lords. We moved into a so called clean apt. It had a weird smell and damp carpeting when we moved in but we were told that's cause it just got steamed clean. Even after the carpets dried it still had an odor so we went out and rented a rug doctor. No success in getting rid of the smell. We told management over and over but got ignored. And the shower never worked properly there would always be some water running to the bath. Giving it a really poor pressure. Finally our contract is up and we gave our required notice but were asked to pay for another month. Why should we pay when we would not be living there? We stayed to the life of our agreement and gave them a heads up. With that said. I'm gonna say politely fuck them.
