Just not up to par at all.
I've eaten at Grindstone's at this location (and others thru the years) and for some reason, everytime I go back, (maybe once every year or so) the service and food just keep getting worse! I ordered a burger, fries, and grand nachos. The burger and fries weren't even as good as Hardees-- which in my opinion is great for fast food, but very average for a sit-down burger-- and the nachos were standard, and just didn't have a lot of quality to them either. Combine all this with paying about $10-$13 per person a meal makes this a serious disappointment. I'm sure there has to be something good on the menu, just I haven't found it yet!

great value! consistently good food and service
I live near the Speedway Grindstone Charleys and my family frequents it often. Sometimes as often as once a week. The menu has such variety that we never get bored with it. The breaded pork tenderloin is one of the best ever. I don't recommend the steaks, other than that, I've been satisfied with every item I've tried there. The service is good. The prices are very good. $3 Magaritas and their desserts are cheap too.

Good food, good price
This is always a great place to bring the family. The price of the dinners is just right, the service is good, and it just feels like dinner around the table when you're there...only you don't have to do the dishes. I always feel like my kids can be a little more comfortable when we're having dinner here than we would at some of the other restaurants.

I love Grindstone Charley's!! Great homemade food, great value(3$ Margaritas, and $ draught beer). I think the Breaded Tenderloin, is one of the best in the state. I love the BBQ Ribs, and their homemade Chili is to die for!! For pub style food, you can't go wrong.

wouldn't go again
We didnt recieve very friendly service from server, she was rude and not very timely. The manager was sitting at bar drinking and didnt move the whole time we were there. The host was the best part of the evening, Chris was the only one to get us drink refills.
