Great dishes to cool off with at Taste of Chicago

Both the gazpacho and the mango rice pudding I had at their booth at the Taste of Chicago were so tasty and so refreshing. Whoever designed the menu deserves two thumbs up for anticipating the humidity and heat and designing menu items...
