BAD REALTY COMPANY-GREGORY REALTY CORP OF VA
In my opinion and from my experience, please be careful when you rent with Gregory Realty. I am a good tenant who pays rent on time every month, and do not create any disturbances the whole duration I am staying at their property. Instead of being polite and returning my deposit when I moved out, they have been giving me problems after problems. They REFUSE to give me back my deposit even though I fullfilled my obligation as a good tenant. In my opinion, DON'T EVEN EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK EVEN IF YOU RETURN TO THEM A PERFECTLY CLEANED, USABLE APARTMENT. I don't want anybody to have to deal with the fustration I have had to endure. Therefore, this is a nice precaution statement I am saying to all the future renters based on my experience and opinion. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you all pass this message to anybody who is in search of an apartment. We have learned our lesson and have moved on to a better place. Our new place is only 500, with hardwood floors and a nice polite landlord.
