They sold me an unsafe bike and tried to claim it was just how bikes worked. So I took it in and they sort-of fixed it. The problem came back so I took it back in 3 weeks later and they installed apart that made it safe to ride again but...Unbelievably bad...
Went in there prepared to spend some money on a quality bike and expected to have sales people with extensive knowledge about the bikes they carry. Expected the ability to compare one brand to the other and give me some feedback on pros...Not Recommended
