Patient of Dr. Sax, part of this group. If this office is indicative of the group as a whole, you're in trouble! I really like Dr. Sax however her office and clinical staff are completely incompetent, lazy and pathetic. I always deal with it however today I was moved to review the facility online so others will be aware before becoming a patient here. The MA, Nikki, is the laziest assistant you will ever encounter. She is always late and hates to move or do anything you ask her. And the office staff cannot handle the simple task of calling patients back in the order of their appointment. I waited over an hour to be called while they called other patients immediately upon their arrival. When I asked for an explanation, all they could say was "Sorry, ma'am." Sorry does not cut it, either tell me why these other patients have precedence or take us in the order of our appointments. They ALL need to be fired and replaced with people who actually have and use their brains!
