Unbelievably horrible

I posted similar reviews elsewhere, but this experience was so incredibly horrible I feel like I have to warn as many people as possible since it concerns matters of security and safety.

This place is absolutely horrible. When I got a new job as office manager at a new company, I discovered that the alarm code hadn't been changed in years, standard operating procedure is to change it every time an employee leaves so it was way overdue for a code change. We have an account with them, so I called them to fix it.

They actually told me they didn't know how to do it. After about two weeks, they sent two people over to change the alarm code. I get a bill for the alarm code change. A month goes by. An employee mistakenly enters the old code to discover it still works! It took me two days to get someone on the phone to address this. When someone called me back they said, "I'll send Jim over but he can't tell me when. Is that okay?" To which I reply, No, it's not okay. This was supposed to be done a month ago, I was charged for it and it wasn't done properly. I want a formal apology, a refund, it changed correctly today and a real good reason why I should continue service with you. She said she would have Jim call me back.

When he calls me back he has the audacity to argue with me! He insinuates its our fault for having more than one code on our alarm system. I explain to him that I thought when put the new alarm code on our system, it would make any other code obsolete. He says he thought so too. I said, But YOU are the alarm service and I just work at the company employing you so you should know how to do this. He says, he thought he did and that he would come out and fix it today, is that good enough? He kept saying he made a mistake. I replied, No, it was not. Then Jim said, Well do you want to discontinue service and I said yes. Unbelievable!

A mistake is misspelling a name on the bill. When an alarm system can't do the very service it was employed to do then no one should be using their service.

And it just keeps getting worse. I just got off the phone with Lila who continued to blame me for not telling Jim that there was another code so how could he change it because "he can't read your mind." If there was another code other than the one we were using, this is news to us. I told her I was dissatisfied with the lack of professional and customer service on many levels and wanted to discontinue using them. She actually called me "missy" and told me that we would have a very hard time finding someone to handle our high end security system. Are you kidding me? YOU can't even handle the security system.

To review: 1. They never apologized for their mistake which caused a breach in security to our building. 2. They never offered a refund for the service they did do and 3. All the people I spoke with were unprofessional and accusatory.

Unbelievably horrible on so many levels.
