This company did a roof repair approximately 5 years ago and unfortunately it began to leak again this year,in the exact same spot. When I called the owner to come out and look at his prior work, it took him three (3) weeks and several more calls for him to stop by. He promised dates to come and never kept those appointments, nor did he call me to state he couldn't make the appointment, leaving me waiting for hours. When he did finally come, he did not have any warranty on the prior work and quoted $400.00 to repair this work again. His second repair took 55 minutes, offered no warranty and expected payment on the spot. $400.00 an hour??? Do the math for an annual salary! This contractor did not provide written estimates, detailed work invoices of nature of work completed, materials used in repair, breakdown of labor, etc. He would not provide any warrenty of work completed for the second time. These are all indications of a contractor that has no confidence in his work and since his invoice is so generic, leaves individuals like me without any recourse for shoddy work. I do not/would not recommend this want to be roofer for anyone.
