I contacted Gorman and Carbone for roofing work and was told they would come to my home on a Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and they never showed up. I contacted the office 5 times since and have not received a phone call back. Guess they don't need or want any more business! Poor customer service, terrible work ethic, and a lack of decent common courtesy. Would NEVER call again and would never recommend!
