Just okay....

This thrift store has its good points and its bad points.

Good points:
It is very clean and well-organized.
Clothing seems to have been pre-sorted, so that you don't find dirty or worn-out items.
Prices can be fair - most clothing is priced by category. For example, all blouses are one price, all pants are one price, etc.
Items are attractively displayed.
Suprisingly - they will take returns (exchange only) which makes the store a little more user-friendly.
The people who work there are really nice and helpful.

The bad points:
The shelves are not well-stocked - a lot of times when I go there, the shelves are only sparsely stocked. Not much to look at. Kind of boring.
Individually-priced items are pretty high - sometimes I can buy the same item new for the same price, or maybe even cheaper, at a discount store.
Also, anything that is old or potentially antique is often priced like it is in an antique store - VERY high!!
They do not have any sales. That's right -

The Back

The people in the back are awesome. As soon as you pull up to make a donation, they're at the door ready for you. They also keep the back clean and they don't have people standing around like I've noticed at other stores. In short THE BACK ROOM IS AWESOME!

My Favorite Thrift Store

I visit the Indep.24 Hwy Goodwill quite often. This location is by far the best thrift store and the best GW location I have ever visited. It is clean, shopper friendlyand they have a great vintage corner just as you walk in the store. They have a hard time keeping the store fully stocked with merchandise because the customers shop out of the cart or off they rack as soon as the staff brings items onto the sales floor. They have educated me on their mission which I have never been told from any other thrift store. If you want to shop for trendy up to date ones of a kind items then I suggest you go to the 24Hwy Goodwill Store. It's like a small department store with thrift store prices! 257-1776
