Awesome Dentist
Highpoint Pediatric Dental is an amazing group. We primarily see Dr. Durra who works great with my children. The staff is all kind and makes my children feel comfortable with what procedures they are doing that day. They have arcade games in the waiting room as well as a tv to keep their mind off the fact that they are at the dentist. The end of the visit is rewarded with great prizes from the prize bucket. I would recommend this place greatly!

This dental office looks new, nice, great facility. Everything looks great for kids. However, when it comes to a real service, this is not a place. They overcharged me for the portion that they believe the insurance paid less than they expected. They have no ideas of the allowances that each insurance group allows their customers to have for different services. The co-pay amount that they provided me with before I accepted to bring my kids in was way way off (+$150 more). They told me one of my kids would have a filling, but on the date we came, they said he also had 2 sealants need to be done. I asked them the co-pay amount for the sealants, one of their dentists said $0, insurance would pay 100%. However, in the middle of the procedure, they again told me that I had to pay co-pay for the sealants. This drove me really mad because they have no sense to do business. That was not the end.
